The responsible management of a "Common Interest Community" (HOA) requires periodic updates or additions to Covenants, Bylaws, Policies, Rules, or Resolutions of the community. These updates can be driven by a variety of reasons: recommendation of the association legal counsel, by majority mandate of owners, changing needs of the Association, or new or revised Colorado Statutes governing Common Interest Communities. In most cases, changes are required by changes of Colorado Statute and are recommended and drafted by paid legal counsel.
The Board of Directors are tasked with recognizing the need for these changes, developing responsible solutions, and adopting new guidance documents.
This page exists to present these completed proposals immediately prior to adoption by the board.
